Okay, okay, I'm probably gonna get a lot of flames now because so many of you fucking loved me for making this club, so here goes nothing: I'M SORRY. Gaia and Warcraft took over my life. Can you really blame me? Warcraft is just too fucking pissa'.

Okay, apologies are done, it's time to get back to work. I'm gonna send notes to all my staff to tell them we're back in business. If they don't reply in a week, too bad for them, I'm getting new staff. I'm gonna get back into the auto-resubmit stuff.

Well, I know we haven't been that active lately, but it's not ENTIRELY our fault...
The members have to do stuff too. This is kind of a reminder that we're NOT dead, we ARE still active (we log on every day when we can), and that members need to help out with the club for it to be a successful one. We have almost 100 members already, but only about 1/8 of them submit art for our gallery.
I'm not saying that you have to do a lot of art for us, but it would be nice if every member contributed at least one piece of art to the club. *goes to make new rule*
On a totally random note, happy Vendetta Day! Remember, remember, the fifth of November...
Edit: Also, we've recently been having a big problem with people 'ing our stuff. As much as we appreciate the enthusiasm, the pieces in our gallery are NOT ours. We have links to the original pieces on the pages, and we'd highly appreciate it if you'd all just favorite on the ORIGINAL pieces.

I'm planning on having a journal completely dedicated to your SxK AMV's! I wanna know what ya'll think of this notion, so PM us with the subject "AMV oppinion" to give us your thoughts. Do NOT respond by commenting here. They will most likely end up ignored.

Basically, one of the members gives the club a subscription. You send us a note saying that you did, and as your reward we'll put one of your pieces up as our featured deviation for as long as the subscription lasts! Go to this (link) for more info!

100 Themes Contest

This is by far one of the biggest contests we've ever held. We have a list of art themes from some 100-themes challenge. Your job is to pick one and make a SxK piece from it. The themes are listed below. Once you pick one, send a note to the club with the subject "PEANUT BUTTER-- contest entry" with your entry and your chosen theme. If this is not your subject, your note will be ignored.

Rules:

1. No REAL nudity below the waist


2. Get your entry in BY THE DEADLINE, or it won't be accepted. The only way around this is if you worked really hard on the entry, and have a very good excuse.


3. Don't submit something you just pulled out of your ass in five or ten minutes. Actually put forth some effort! The entire point of contests in general, other than basking in your glorious bragging rights, is to try to show off and improve your skill.


4. DEADLINE: APRIL 16^TH (4/16/07)!!! There will then be ONE WEEK for voting.

• as Jack and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas


• as Belle and Beast from Beauty and the Beast


• as Harry and Ginny OR Ron and Hermione from Harry Potter


• as Farid and Meggie from Inkheart/Inkspell (I LOVE this book!)


• as Anakin and Padme from Star Wars


• And I almost forgot: as Eric and Shelly from The Crow (ZOMG i luv Brandon Lee!)

or anything else you can come up with.
However AS NEO AND TRINITY FROM THE MATRIX IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN!!!!!!!!!!!! I see WAY too many Matrix crossovers.
